Study On Enterprise Community Education Pattern For The New Generation Of Migrant Workers

With the development of industrialization and urbanization,the optimization of the structure of the urban industry,enterprise community,a kind of new inhabitation form of migrant workers,appears and develops in the large scale of industrial park,where there must have a kind of community educational pattern.Community education makes a big sense for the migrant workers,enterprises and the local government as well.However,there is little attention on researching into the inhabitation form and community educational pattern of these new workers.What kind of educational patterns is applied now and are there some properties and problems inside? And what is the main source of these problems? Why does the local government play a role of looker-on? Besides the above questions,the thesis also discusses the corporation how enterprises organize and implement employee-targeted community education and in what way reproduction of labor force can make full use of Community Education Pattern for Enterprises Autonomous.How does the new generation of migrant workers take part in build-up of the community education? The author takes the GD community as an instance and explores the educational pattern of the new community according to all of these question mentioned above.The thesis covers five parts.The first chapter makes a brief introduction of the background of the study and its significance.The methodology concerning the issue is introduced and key terms are explained.Some previous researches are concluded.The second chapter lays out the general situation of the GD community from the different aspects and summarizes its current educational patterns of the GD community,which is the basis of the study of community educational pattern and educational field.Chapter three analyzes the problems existing in the current educational patterns of the GD community.Based on the field theory,the author reveals the role of government and explores the reasons why the government is ignorant from the perspectives of the system,the enterprise and the government.In addition,analyzing problems embedded in the educational pattern for enterprise autonomous community,these problems are unfolded into three main aspects including the nature of closeness in community education, utilitarian in the contents of community education and build-up of enterprise-affiliated community education.Chapter four studies how migrant workers of new generation participate the community education and the roles they play.Migrant workers-oriented pattern is put forward.From the point of the view of emigrant workers,the author analyzes the problems existing in the community educational pattern and their abilities in the educational field.The last chapter is the conclusion of the thesis,which points out the limitation of the present study and some suggestion for further research.
