Research On The Urban Integration Of The New Generation Of Migrant Workers From The Perspective Of Community Education

The problem of urban integration of the new generation of migrant workers has always been the focus of academic research,and the innovation of the group's urban integration strategy has also attracted the attention of all sectors of society.Therefore,the author wants to analyze the plight of the new generation of migrant workers' urban integration from the perspective of community education,and promote the process of the new generation of migrant workers' urban integration through the advantages of community education.The new generation of migrant workers in the process of urban integration,because the original way of life,values,and social interaction is not suitable for the needs of urban life,coupled with the degree of education to limit the choice of employment opportunities,so that they fall into the disadvantage of narrow employment space,single social interaction and low human capital stock.As a part of the whole education system,community education can alleviate the adverse factors in the urbanization process of the new generation of migrant workers,and provide theoretical and technical support for the integration of the new generation of migrant workers into the city.I hope that in the context of social development,we can find a new way to improve the integration of the new generation of migrant workers into the city,which is not only conducive to improving the quality of life of the new generation of migrant workers,but also conducive to the harmonious construction of society,which is the inevitable trend of social development.The framework of this paper is divided into four parts.First of all,in the introduction part,including the research background,research significance,research methods and literature review of the paper,mainly in the introduction of the important views and conclusions of the academic community on the integration of the newgeneration of migrant workers into the city;secondly,it introduces the relevant concepts and theoretical basis,which lays a theoretical foundation for the countermeasures proposed later;thirdly,from the questionnaire design,the new generation of farmers From the perspective of the current situation of the integration of industrial cities and the plight of the new generation of migrant workers,this paper analyzes the integration status of this group;finally,in view of the above integration plight,it puts forward targeted solutions to play the role of community education in the overall promotion of the new generation of migrant workers.Therefore,this study chooses community education as one of the important forms of disseminating urban community culture as a new way to promote the new generation of migrant workers into urban society.Therefore,from the economic,social and psychological aspects,the author puts forward suggestions on the urban integration of the new generation of migrant workers,and believes that the new generation of migrant workers need to improve their own confidence,enhance the level of urban cognition,and finally achieve urban integration through improving their own cultural level,broadening employment options,eliminating cognitive barriers and establishing the sense of ownership.
