The teachers are needed higher teaching level under the reform of new curriculum. It has been an important choice for all the school to strengthen research of the school-based education research and promote teachers' professional level. It is the same as in the rural school in the economic developed area. But in practice of the school-based education research in the rural school in the economic developed area we still need to pay attentions to that there are a lot of unbalance phenomena: lack of all participation, underpowered research; low practical efficiency; not total research content, etc. Moreover, these unbalance phenomena are connected with current situation of theory research of school-based education rsearch.From the point of view of school-based education research, this thesis tries to solve these problems. Based on D Primary School of City J, which is in the economic developed area, we can use the theory of the ecological system to contrast and survey the phenomena and process of the complicated school-based education research. We look on the school-based education research as ecological system of relative independence. On the premise of construction and function of the school-based education research in rural Primary school, we should analyze the cause of ecological unbalance and promote the new tactics to build the good ecological system of school-based education research.In chapter 1 of this thesis, the problem of ecological unbalance is put forward. The author concisely points out some unbalance phenomena in practice of the school-based education research in the rural primary school. And this thesis combines with current situation of school-based education research. The author puts forward the necessity and significance of the research from the view of ecology. Finally the author expounds the new thought and method of solving these problems.In chapter 2, the author gives all-around explanation about ecological system and methodology of its procession. Then the author expounds basic connotation and its structure and function from the view of ecological system of school-based education research.In chapter 3, the object of study is D Primary School of City J. The author expounds school-based education research in D Primary School with wide questionnaire survey, deep observation and interview. The author describes school-based education research from outside relationship, inside structure and self-relationship. The author also analyzes causes of ecological unbalance. That offers reality foundation for this thesis. In chapter 4, firstly the author briefly analyzes the possibility of optimizing ecological system. of school-based education research in the rural primary school. Secondly, from the view of managing school, the author puts forward some ways to solve these problems.
