This paper uses questionnaires,interviews and other research methods,in 70 rural primary schools in Hunan province to investigate,including in-depth understanding of rural sports school-based curriculum development and the existing conditions of school-based curriculum development in primary and secondary schools in the implementation situation,found that the school sports teaching faculty uneven,poor teaching equipment,teaching content and curriculum resources of traditional single.The development rate is low,the school culture is insufficient etc..This paper in rural primary and middle schools in the actual situation,combined with the case of school development highlights and shortcomings,a comprehensive review of physical education curriculum resources available for rural primary and secondary schools from the perspective of the prospect of the development of school-based curriculum of primary and secondary schools in rural areas,and improving the curriculum development main body's ecological consciousness and ability of curriculum development;teaching contents,the innovation of teaching methods,teaching means diversification;create ecological campus culture environment,gradually innovation of school sports culture optimization measures in the process of promoting the sustainable development of school physical education and promoting the all-round development of the area at the same time,the protection of natural resources,promote national sports culture,promote ecological human physical harmony.
