| Idol worship has been in existence for a long time. But now there are some new important changes and characters in the phenomenon of the teenager fans, which also bring about some new topics of educational administration. Thus the aim of this research is to find out the actualities, to provide useful suggestions for the school management and to give helpful opinions to the parents and the students themselves. Investigation and case analysis have been used as the major research methods in this study. The phenomenon is studied and analyzed from the point of view of Education, Psychology, Culture and Sociology.The research pays its attention to the students in the middle school. There are 2098 testers, from 11 to 16,taking part in the investigation. And the investigation mainly discusses the following topics such as the target of the teenager fans and the feature of the teenager fans.With the combination of the case analysis, the results show that the phenomenon of the teenager fans becomes more and more common. With the development of the mobile phone and the Internet, to be a member of fans is the main way for the students to chase their idols. Thus, the research analyzes the results from the above and mainly discusses the new characters of the fans such as the organization of the fans and the consumption of the fans.Then some pertinent ideas about the idol worship have been put forward. Besides, in the last section, related and constructive suggestions are made. The school is suggested to refresh the model education, bring idol-model effect into effect and make a fans-management team composed of the school, the teachers, the parents and the teenager fans. The teachers are advised that their should communicate with the students and use their love to help them so that the teenager fans would grow up healthily and happily. In addition, the parents should give more respect and patience to their children. And the teenager fans themselves should keep clear-headed when they chase stars.
