As the basic component of school education, class-room teaching is the major arena for primary education with human development as its fundamental objective. However, current class-room teaching is now faced with a shortage of educational resources because of the deviation in the views of teaching values and textbook usage, which is actually derived from the negligence on human factors. Since education is a cause for human development, class-room teachmg cannot be left without educational recourses. Therefore, it is important to explore the strategies of educational recourse development and utilization. This thesis is intended to make such attempt based on everyday teaching practice.The first part of this thesis gives a detailed account for the fact of educational resource shortage in class-room teaching, explores the deep reason for such phenomena and attributes it to the traditional education's negligence on human development.The second part explores the theoretical foundations for educational resources development in class-room teaching, focusing on the transition of the view on teaching values and the formation of the view on class-room teaching resources. Based on current social transitional development, this part analyzes the new demands of social transition on human development and the consequent changes in the views on knowledge and class-room teaching, which should now be taken as educational resources and basic means to promote life growth respectively. In addition, the need to form the view of class-room teaching recourses is also advocated so that the educational resources can be explored in both textbooks and the teaching process.In the third part, the strategies of educational recourse development and utilization in class-room teaching are brought forward focusing on textbook resources and resources in teaching process. This part presents a wide range of educational resources including resources from students. Particularly, detailed explanations have been given to the development and utilization of student resources during teaching process, resources with different nature, and resources of different types.
