China has been promoting the development of education information,so far,China’s digital education resources construction and development has begun to take shape,gathered a large number of resources,the type is extremely rich,for China’s education information,modernization has laid a solid foundation.Teachers,as the main users of digital education resources,not only determine the effect of the use of resources,but also reflect the quality of resources.Therefore,teachers are users of digital education resources as well as developers.In order to make digital education resources more effective use,this paper will start from the perspective of knowledge management,study the primary school Chinese digital education resources in the acquisition,storage,application,sharing the whole management process of the status quo and problems.This paper analyzes the reasons,and puts forward some suggestions on digital resources management of primary school Chinese from the perspective of knowledge management,so as to promote primary school Chinese teachers to effectively use and create high-quality digital education resources.This paper analyzes the current situation of the construction and development of digital education resources at home and abroad and the application of digital education resources through literature research method,and then defines the concept of digital education resources to define the research object of this paper.Based on the application of knowledge management theory and teacher knowledge management theory,this paper analyzes the process of digital education resource management and the rules and principles of the transformation between explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge.Then,the questionnaire method and interview method are used to investigate the use and management of Chinese digital education resources,from which the problems existing in the management process of primary school Chinese digital education resources in N City are deeply understood.Finally,it puts forward a set of practical and practical resource management methods,including continuous learning,expanding the way of resource acquisition and application,establishing personalized knowledge management system,and establishing deep and effective resource sharing mechanism. |
