As the rapid development of the science, especially the information technology, the era of knowledge and economy which is mainly characterized by the accumulation, possession and creation of knowledge has arrived. Regarded as the most important essential factors of production, the basis of social economical development and the key to strengthen the social organization competition, knowledge is being integrated, comprehended, absorbed and adapted as much as possible. All the above undoubtedly have great influence on the social development as well as the education linked with it. The establishment of the values of the new knowledge is arousing or will continuously arouse the changes of the values of teaching in teaching fields, consequently the relation between the values of knowledge and the values of teaching has become into a more and more inevitable and probing issue, not only in the theory but also in the practice. Historical research method and theoretical research method are used to review the transformation of the values of the knowledge as well as the characteristics and the relation of the changes of the values of teaching in the four phases of philosophy, namely the primitive, the ancient, the modern and the post-modern phase, to attempt to approach the values of teaching from scientific angles on the basis of self-examining the disadvantage of the domestic traditional teaching, which appear during the process of transformation of the values of knowledge. That is to establish the double-developed values of teaching to improve the development of teaching. The body of this paper consists of four parts:â… .
