| Teachers are the most important and significant directly factors affecting the quality of training. At present the full-time teachers in Henan Electric Power Company is lack of practical work experience while the part-time teachers lack of teaching art. To solve this problem the construction of Academic-Practical Teachers is of great significance. Based on the investigation of the facts and data, with the empirical research on education and training in the company, this paper studies on the construction of Academic-Practical Teachers in the aspects of status, demand, meaning, content, methods and results. And then it explores two construction models of Academic-Practical Teachers in Henan Electric Power Company, namely "implement flexible enterprise mobile professionals, professional training institutions for teachers to post production work, enterprise technology for skilled personnel to carry out professional training institutions of teaching". |
