Attach importance to the education and training, constructing scientific and reasonable enterprise education and training system, efficient effective health operation can make employee knowledge, skills and attitude obviously enhanced and improved., Set up and perfect the enterprise training system is the core task of training management.to a certain extent determines the enterprise education and training work level.Only when the training system to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, in order to achieve the strategic goal of the enterprise to provide the most excellent human resources can be judged to be effective training system.After years of development, Beijing electric power company has formed a set of training mode of operation, in practice play a certain role.,but training management system still needs to be updated to improve, needs analysis deep enough, neets assessment work deep enough, weak teachers strength, training base construction lags behind other deficiencies, affect and restrict the further development of training work.This article through to the Beijing municipal electric power company current training system analysis, find out the management system and education training work in advancing a process reflects the phenomenon and restricts the work to promote the short board and bottleneck problem, according to power company’s actual work and the development of human resources needs, has targeted to carry out the work, put forward timely updated to improve training management system, perfect training needs analysis system, perfect training assessment system, standardize the part-time teacher team and flexible management of external experts, construction industry has the first-class training center recommended. Enterprises to stand firmly and fight steadily, to concentrate on solving the main problem, unremittingly, gradually perfecting the system of education and training, so as to promote education and training work of benign loop, to achieve the development of human resources, promoting the development of the enterprise purpose, has a strong practical significance.
