In recent years, with the rise of various education training work forms step by step, education training has gradually become the important approache and method for power supply enterprise personnel training, and training effect caused the leadership’s attention. Currently, Beijing urban area power supply company is promoting education training creation work vigorously, but the imperfect of staff education training evaluation system affected the launching of this work in some extent. This paper will further research on the evaluation system of staff education training effectiveness in urban areas power supply company.Based on domestic and foreign relevant research status and education training effectiveness evaluation theory, in this paper, firstly, combined with the actual situation of urban areas power supply company, the present situation of the staff education training effectiveness in the company was described, the existing problems were summarized, and the reasons for the problems were analyzed. Secondly,"the learning organization" theory and method were used to design the organization system of in the company, the idea and method of the business process reengineering (BPR) were adopted to design the standardized process of the evaluation based on the three party linkage in the company. Thirdly, the indicator system of staff education training effectiveness evaluation in the company was constructed from three aspects of training project, trainees, organization, considering the influence of time span to the training effect, the overall indicator system was divided into short-term and long-term evaluation indicators, and the index weight determining and effect evaluation method were established. Fourthly, the empirical research was conducted, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) was used to determine the weights of evaluation indexes, according to the questionnaire survey results the corresponding evaluation results were calculated by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and the existing problems and defects of the current education training were summarized. Finally, the specific optimization strategies of staff education training effectiveness evaluation in urban areas power supply company were put forward, and the evaluation implementation suggestion was given.The result of this paper improves the comprehensiveness, accuracy of the staff education training effectiveness evaluation in urban areas power supply company and training quality, has certain reference and the instruction significance for the continuing development of the future training work in urban areas power supply company.
