In China, family education is always considered to be very important and has a long history, which has the foundational function to bring peace and order to the nation. Reviews the development of Chinese family education, we can see the development of women's surrounding in China, which is close correlation with the change of the female observes. The family education not only has the function of disseminate and preserves the female philosophies, but also helps to develops it. The article chooses the "the implementation of family education" by Nanjing national government between 1938 and 1949. The national government carried out the family education through the educational goal, the educational content, as well as the special educational object and so on. At the same time, the change of female philosophies may powerfully impel the family education. The research attempts to seek the historical track of "the implementation of family education" by Nanjing national government, in order to understand the situation of female education, and in hopes of making the contribution to enrich this study, which is on the educational history of Chinese family and female.
