Research On Employment Training About Excellent Football Coach Of Teenagers Of China

In this thesis, using U-15&U-17 coaches who participated the winter training camp organized by Chinese Football Association of 2007 (Qingyuan Guangdong)as the survey, and employment training for the study. This article applies cultural heritage method, the interviewing method, the questioning and investigating method, mathematical statistics and logics, analyses the course of system of employment training, reviews the current status of football coaches' employment training, discusses the purpose and emphasis of each grade training. Using andragogy and continuing education as theoretical principle to analyze the characteristic comprehensive quality of excellent football coach of teenagers of our country and find the factor of effect of employment training. The results showed that, at this stage, our employment training task was perfect, and gradually achieved standardize, systematic, institutionalize, but all levels of theoretical courses existed as outdated, not timely updated; training time and the existence of an unreasonable number of hours allocated, particularly the practice of teachers to teach and students less practice time, the examination time are relatively large proportion. In comprehensive quality characteristics, the knowledge structure, and showed levels of a comprehensive and non-biased professional direction, capacity needs of professional bias direction. About half of the coaches don't know employment training and employment training system. The main factor affect our country's employment training is coaches' pressure and its inherent difficulties. Based on the findings, in order to further improve the status of our employment training system, and promote the building of the contingent of coaches and reserves basis, it is required to establish the preparation level employment training.
