Since campus football was taken over by the Ministry of Education in 2015,Chongqing campus football development situation is good.From 2017 to 2020,six training activities were held in the School of Physical Education of Southwest University,which provided strong support for the teachers of Chongqing campus football characteristic schools.This study takes the distinctive campus football school coaches training project in Chongqing which is sponsored by Chongqing Municipal Education Commission,undertook by Southwest University Sports Institute as an example.This study makes an empirical study on the coaches,lecturers,experts and the current situation of the training system and the countermeasures.This paper adopts the method of literature,questionnaire,expert interview,mathematical statistics,field investigation and so on to study the training system of coaches who participate in the training of Chongqing campus football characteristic schools.The final conclusion is as follows:1.The core value of coaches’ training in Chongqing campus football characteristic schools is not clear and lacks connotation development under the background of "integration of sports and education".2.Chongqing campus football characteristic school coaches training lack of assessment mechanism,including theory assessment,practice assessment,humanistic quality assessment.3.The training of coaches in Chongqing campus football characteristic schools is short of specialized training materials for coaches.The curriculum is also short of pedagogy,sports psychology,related sports injury courses and special physical training for football,which are commonly used in primary and secondary schools.4.The number of training sessions for coaches of Chongqing campus football characteristic schools is relatively small and the time is relatively short,which is not conducive to the sustainable development of the coaches.5.The comprehensive quality of coaches in training courses of Chongqing campus football characteristic schools still needs to be improved.To solve above problems,From the perspective of "integration of sports and education" perspective to optimize Chongqing distinctive campus football school coaches training system,first of all,we should standardize the main responsibility of Chongqing Education Committee.On the operation of training structure,improve the efficiency of training for coaches in Chongqing campus football characteristic schools,and optimize the selection of training coaches from top to bottom.Secondly,the assessment mechanism of Chongqing campus football characteristic school coaches training should be formulated in the training course,including theoretical assessment(30%),humanistic quality assessment(30%)and practical assessment(40%).In each training class,the curriculum knowledge necessary for primary and secondary schools is added,including sports first aid,sports psychology,pedagogy,football physical training,etc.,to improve the content of the training courses.Compile training materials for training coaches,emphasizing the pertinence and effectiveness of the training content.Increase the coaching methods of coaches and lecturers,including group discussion and double lecturers.In the middle of each year,the number of training sessions for coaches in Chongqing campus football characteristic schools should be appropriately increased.Improve the mechanism of continuing training and online training.Finally,improve the evaluation system for coaches and lecturers in terms of evaluating the effect.Third party evaluation agencies should be added to evaluate the training quality of coaches in Chongqing campus football characteristic schools.After that,it can be reported to Chongqing Municipal Education Commission for a set of evaluation procedures to reward and punish schools.
