The Relativity Study On Administers' Sense Of Duty And Work Effect

Making reference to relative theoretical researches home and abroad, this paper investigates the inner structure of administrators'sense of duty, the relation between sense of duty and work effect. Integrating the former researching method on sense of duty, we adopt various methods like interview, documents analyze, investigation, etc. to inquiry 221 administrators at university and deal with the data by using regressive analysis, relativity analysis, exploratory factor analysis, etc. We also put forward suggestions on cultivating administrators'sense of duty.The result of this research mainly concerns the following aspects:On the one hand, the structure model of administrator'sense of duty consists seven dimensionalities: management skills, service orientation, individual moral character, work attitude, dependency, achievement orientation and mental state. The questionnaire of this research bears high reliability.On the other hand, forecasting the work effect with administrators'sense of duty, the forecasting validity of sense of duty on relation effect(work dedication and interpersonal promotion) is higher than that on mission effect. On the child dimension study on sense of duty, service orientation and individual moral character have good prediction on interpersonal promotion and mission effect, whereas service orientation, individual moral character and work attitude have good prediction on work dedication.
