On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Finacial Assistance System For Postgraduate In Higher Academe

It is necessary that to reform the postgraduate subsidy system for the existing system can no longer meet the needs of sustainable development of graduate education as continue expanding of China's postgraduate enrollment and reform of the charging system. How to fairly and efficiently develop and improve sustained and healthy graduate education funding system, which is suit to China's socialist market economy, is an important problem. This paper mainly analyse the history, the main problems, the reasons and the resolutions of postgraduate financing system in local colleges and universities with methods of Literature research, comparative research, historical research and theoretical research and it provide reference and reference to improvement of the system.The article is divided into five chapters. The first chapter introduced the background, significance and the study status quo of the subject, then put forward the research ideal and method and summarized the characters and possible innovation. The second chapter analyse the historical development of postgraduate subsidy system in local colleges and universities. The third chapter analyse problems and reasons of postgraduate subsidy system in local colleges and universities from the macro and micro levels. The fourth chapter mainly on how to improve the system from four sides including externally desirable experience, creation of an effective post-graduate funded security system, and further improve the "Award, credits, subsidies, support, deduction" mixed funding system, and actively explore new forms of local fund.
