The institution of three-assistance as an important part of system of postgraduate scholarship and grants which under the background of postgraduate cultivation mechanism reform, can help postgraduate relieve them pressure in economic and also could improve them ability in practice, in which way could arouse their innovative consciousness and improve postgraduate comprehensive quality.To a great extent, the quality of postgraduate cultivation rely on a reasonable and efficient cultivation system from the view of education reform and innovative. An dynamic, optimization and encouragement of three-assistant institution is of great importance to improve the quality of postgraduate education.This aim of this paper is try to find problems in three-assistant management under the current situation of three-assistant developing in H university and give corresponding suggestions and measures for improvement and reform. This research mainly adopts the methods of literature analysis and questionnaire survey,analysis of the interpretation policy,at the same time made a random check from H university of different majors postgraduate. Then with the help of descriptive statistics analyzed the data, this paper also based on comprehensive analyze under knowledge of management、psychology and education management.At last, we can conclude that three-assistant work in H university had made great achievement with nearly ten years development, such as wide coverage in practice which means all postgraduate could join in the assistant work and high acceptance which means postgraduate can show their ability on the three-assistant platform. Besides, postgraduate found their overall quality had been raised for them not focuses on economic income with participation motive diversification. However, there still exists problems:first, managerial department and postgraduate individual have misunderstand of three-assistant institution for managerial department not pay enough attention to work of three-assistant institution and for lacking comprehensive understanding of three-assistant institution to postgraduate individual; second, the position of three-assistants for postgraduate are unreasonable for general exists the low level of work and unbalanced of the workload and so on.Third, the salary of three assistants for postgraduate lower their expected for the reason of lacking drive mechanism and inspection mechanism.According to the survey results, some suggestions were given:first, to administrator, they should be change the management idea and perfect management system which could help postgraduate implant the idea of an important human resource and be establish a comprehensive performance assessment which could bulding well organizational culture of three-assistant. Second, to teachers, they should be strengthen the communication between teachers and students while could improve the relationship between them which were based on every aspect work on fair.Third,to postgraduate,they should be recgonized attribute of three-assistant work and be advocated rational participated. Last one, to shcool,they should optimization the salary syatem and open captian channel which could increase salary of three-assistant basing on balanced the relationship between work and remuneration.
