The administrative organization in university is a service organ along with the development of university.Effective administration is propitious to advance the efficiency of management of university,let faculty keep their mind on researching and teaching.There are many kinds of University Ranking,but only a few scholars rasearch on the theroy of organizational effectiveness,no body has been researched on the effectiveness measure of administration in university.Evaluation the administrative organization effectiveness objectively can relax the relationship between administrator and faculty and enhance reputation ,so it is very important to evaluate the administrative organization effectiveness of university.On the basis of drawing lessons from the domestic and international relevant research results, this paper has studied the evaluation of administrative organization effectiveness of university in china, analysed the various kinds of factors influencing the evaluation of administrative organization effectiveness of university,This paper draw on the principle of BSC to probed into evaluation of the administrative organization effectiveness of university composition system of evaluation index. Using expert scoring method to determine the weights.
