University Administrative Organizational Effectiveness Study

The thesis, based on the survey of current college administrative systems in our country and with the guidance of relevant theories, makes a tentative research into the following aspects from a brand-new angle: status quo of college administrative systems, evaluation method of its effectiveness, standard of its judgment and formation of effective college administration.
