1. ObjectiveCorrelative Analysis on Special Sports Technic and physical quality of Aerobics Athletes can find out the main physical quality which affects athletes and the problems occurring in our physical quality training of aerobics. It is looking forward to making reference on training in physical quality and making progress.2. Participants and methodsThis article takes 12 athletes of aerobics team of Wuhan Institute of Physical Education, 11 athletes of aerobics team of Central China Normal University, and 60 students specialize in aerobics of art institute of Wuhan Institute of Physical Education as subjects.The first-class athletes and over are classified as outstanding group of man and woman, and those athletes below the first-class are classified as general group of man and woman. Each group should accept the test of motion, body shape, and physical quality.The original data of this experimental is input as Microsoft Excel format, the databases are built up, and the mathematical statistics are completed by SPSS13.0. An evaluate scale on Competitive aerobic is established by T-standard-score. Correlation coefficient of special sports technic, body shape and physical quality are drawn by Pearson correlation analysis. The results are analyzed logically.3. Results1. This research established the assessment model, scoring evaluative standards and scale of special sports technic.2. Hip diameter is the indicator that affects the level of outstanding group of man markedly, circumference of the chest affects the level of outstanding group of woman markedly, circumference of the waist affects general group of man markedly, while the circumference of shoulder and the hip diameter affects general group of woman.3. 30 seconds push-up is the indicator that affects the level of outstanding group of man markedly, sitting and flexion forward affects the level of outstanding group of woman markedly. Supporting squarely, 15 seconds raising legs quickly, sitting and flexion forward, index of spilt, index of horizontal spilt, one minute sit-up, 15 seconds push-up with single feet and arm affect general group of man markedly. Supporting squarely, sitting and flexion forward, test of cross jump, one minute sit-up, 30 seconds push-up affect general group of woman markedly.4. Conclusions1. Having used quantitative methods to assess the special technical actions of sports aerobics. We identify the indicators to assess the special technical actions firstly. Then, we establish an assessment model to evaluate special technics on this basis. At last, we establish a evaluation standard and a score scale of evaluation.2. Result from the analysis of the relevant: there are some significant correlations between a certain morphology indicators and technical level, but it's difficult to change those indicators in practice. So, it's important to choose the right children before they begin to practice sports aerobics.3. Result from the analysis of the relevant: in order to raise the technology level of aerobics athletes, it must develop each physical quality which is related to the technology level outstandingly.4. At low level stage, aerobic athletes'sports technic have close relation to the development of each physical quality. When it rises to high level, athletes possessing more wide-ranging physical qualities, their sports technic have close relation to the development of idiographic physical quality. The results show: common aerobics athletes need to develop the whole physical qualities including strength, flexibility and coordination. On the basis of those physical qualities, the man elite athletes must train strength of their arm; the women elite athletes must train flexible of their body.
