| In recent years,the problem of obesity has become more and more serious.College students,as the pillars of the future,play a vital role in promoting the development of society,but the obesity rate of college students is rising,which not only endangers the health of college students,but also makes learning,and reduced work efficiency.The purpose of this paper is to study the use of aerobic exercise combined with strength training to carry out a 12-week exercise intervention for obese and overweight students,to explore the impact and changes of exercise on physical fitness,body shape and physical function of obese and overweight students,and to provide obesity and overweight students.Scientific,safe and effective exercise program,so as to achieve the purpose of improving the physical health of obese and overweight students.In this study,the literature method,experimental method and mathematical statistics method were used to conduct aerobic exercise combined with strength training for obese and overweight students.During the experiment,the target heart rate of the subjects was measured to determine whether the subjects achieved an appropriate exercise load and Adjust training volume and training intensity accordingly.A total of 10 experimental subjects were selected.Before and after the experiment were self-contrasted.The experimental content mainly selected jogging,aerobics,push-ups,sit-ups,supine leg lifts,plank support,etc.The first week was the adaptation period,and the exercise time was 50 minutes.,60 minutes in the 2nd-3rd week,and then increased by 10 minutes every 3 weeks.Among them,the strength training was 20 minutes in the first week,and increased to 30 minutes in the second week,and then remained stable at 30 minutes.Before and after the experiment,the subjects were tested for step test,body shape and physical fitness.After analyzing the data comparison before and after the experiment,the following results and conclusions were drawn:Results:1.Body shape: After a 12-week exercise intervention experiment,the subjects’ body weight,waist circumference,hip circumference and BMI were improved,with very significant differences(P<0.01).2.Physical quality: After 12 weeks of exercise intervention experiment,the subjects’ speed quality,strength quality,flexibility quality,balance quality and endurance quality have been improved,and there is a very significant difference(P<0.01),but the sensitivity quality was not improved,and there was no significant difference(P≥0.05).3.Physical function: After 12 weeks of exercise intervention experiment,the subjects’ VO2 max scores were improved,with very significant differences(P<0.01).Conclusion:1.A 12-week exercise intervention experiment can improve the body shape of obese and overweight students.2.The 12-week exercise intervention experiment can improve the speed quality,strength quality,flexibility quality,balance quality and endurance quality of obese and overweight students,but the effect on sensitive quality is not obvious.3.Implementing a 12-week exercise intervention experiment can improve the physical function of obese and overweight students. |
