Stamina in playing basketball is a kind of physical ability to fulfill techniques and tactics in competition. It's functions as follows: develop physical ability, make sure the wooly needs of heavy load, master the complex and prolong the physical life-span. The passage which is based on the character of basketball competitions and exercises, from the aspects of physical exercise, physical biology, physical biomechanics, physical anatomy, searches the theoretical foundation and basic theory of training, use "Basketball stamina training rank system" to test stamina of HuBei CUBA women teams players and then analyses the condition and functional factors. At last, makes a suitable physical stamina training plan and gives some advices. Through researching, the passage gets the following main academic opinion and conclusions.1,Through testing results we can see: In all 7 items, average marks of each person in each item is Huazhong University of Scaince and Technology 6.3, Zhongnan University Economics and Law 4.7. Wuhan university of Scaince and Technology 4.3. The stamina test marks of Huazhong University of Scaince and Technology is higher than Z Zhongnan University Economics and Law obviously. The marks in the league matches are the same. So stamina training is functional.2,From the outfit of coaches in HuBei CUBA women teams, it's equipped with coaches and assistant coaches. The coaches bear the responsibility for technique and have to give consideration to stamina training, but they are very busy. Because CUBA league matches are just elementary level and not for profit, there is no money to employ fulltime stamina training coaches.3,For there is little time for them to practice. Huazhong University of Scaince and Technology do exercises in the morning (6:00-8:00) in the afternoon (15:30-17:30, if they have no class). They also continue to do exercise in the weekend and winter and summer holidays. The stamina exercise time is sufficient, at least 3-4 times each week and the intensity is enough. Zhongnan University Economics and Law and Wuhan university of Scaince and Technology do exercise at (16:00-18:00 pm) everyday, including weekend and holidays too. In all, each team do regular training in limited training time.4,But their qualities and details of actions and techniques are not enough, and ratio of each part is not reasonable enough. The details of stamina training decide, it's level. They didn't pay enough attention to the quality of action, didn't specify the vivid main point of action and neglect intensifying the regularity of action.5,Comparing the testing marks of 2 times. We can see the revised training plan help them finish the stamina training and get good results. The marks of Zhongnan University Economics and Law women player is 4.7 marks/ person/ item and 6.5 marks/ person/ item, it was improved by 1.8 marks/ person/ item; Huazhong University of Scaince and Technology women player is 6.3 marks/ person/ item and 7.7 marks/ person/ item. It was improved by 1.4 marks/ person/ item; Wuhan university of Scaince and Technology player is 3.9 marks/ person/ item and 5.3 marks/ person/ item, it was improved by 1.4 marks/ person/ item.
