With volleyball in our continuous development and popularization, more and more people to participate, but participation in these groups, there is such a group is worthy of our attention. Whether they are in the composition of the entire competitive sports system, or in the universal popularity of sport have played a role in the promotion and the pillar, which is the group of College Athletes.As countries of volleyball technology constantly improving technical and tactical improving, it is moving to serve high attunement, mat ball diversification, the speed of the ball, spiking power of, blocking endurance and other aspects of development, especially in the last few the momentum of the more violent [1]. With volleyball "five" further development of the athletes physical fitness is good or bad is increasingly becoming a key factor in the team winning.Due to constantly update and improve the technical and tactical competition rules of volleyball, athletes need to complete a single explosive action in a short time, while studies have shown that, among the technical volleyball spiking, blocking, movement, defense and other technical movements in the non-lactic anaerobic system for energy based, volleyball interval time is short, more often, strength and other characteristics reflected more vividly; with the continuous improvement of athletes’ physical fitness and technical and tactical improvement, coupled with the players in the competition repetition rate single action or a continuous increase in the rate of superimposed multiple actions, and even increase the number of times the ball back and forth, which prompted anaerobic lactic energy supply systems dominate. Since volleyball compared with other collective project, the length of time the game is not explicitly requested, if the two teams quite long once may last up to 2-3 hours the game, then the player will be the stamina in the game It plays a crucial role. Therefore, development of the stamina volleyball players, volleyball team is currently the College of regular exercise training is an important part.The purpose of this study is on how to combine volleyball in the daily training program to improve the characteristics and laws to promote Endurance level college volleyball player of the stage. Based volleyball project characteristics and endurance training theory, devised Endurance Training Methods for Universities stages of men’s volleyball players, 8-week experiment, empirical research on the theory and methodology proposed, and ultimately for the college stage of men’s volleyball endurance athletes training to provide practical and reliable theoretical basis.Methods: This study was based on the use of literature, expert interviews and other methods, reference and learn from more advanced training methods and philosophy, with the fitness level college volleyball players, psychological development and other characteristics, with the tutor after several times to communicate, to develop training programs for special endurance of volleyball. Hebei Normal University, 20 volleyball players as special subjects in the experimental group and control all 10 of its athletes in the experimental group for a period of about 8 weeks Endurance Training experimental intervention, the control group performed traditional training. Detected by real-time heart rate of athletes, strength training unit for the above two sets of monitor and consistent total duration of the training. Finally, using SPSS18.0 software test data Special Fitness Index of the two groups before and after the experiment and statistical analysis.Analysis found that only when the volleyball players have better aerobic endurance level, and through a combination of field position and the characteristics of intermittent training athletes to develop their anaerobic capacity, in particular to improve the non-lactic anaerobic capacity of athletes. It concluded as follows:1. Capacity of an 8-week experimental intervention, the experimental group of athletes strength, speed, endurance and other aspects significantly affect the flexibility, agility, coordination capacity is relatively small.2. For College men’s volleyball player stage, arrangements should pay attention to daily training in general fitness training.3. In improving the stamina of athletes, it is recommended peacetime training in the use of combat training or higher than the actual load load, suggested that the preferred training under combat conditions permit.
