The new biology course ideas in senior high school focus primarily on the relationship in science, society and technology and on the relationship between teaching and life, and let students themselves participate in the process of thinking and exploration and pay attention to students'study process, reforming teaching method and promoting the change of study method. The effective way to achieve the goal is situation teaching. Teachers keep practicing and trying in order to create a better situation. This thesis studies the current status, principle of situation teaching and factors that effect by investigation, and discusses how to create a reasonable teaching situation to enhance students'interest, innovation and the ability to practice and explore and to improve teachers'ability to do scientific research.The thesis brings forward the necessity of creating teaching situation in new course ideas firstly; and states the psychological basis including study motive theories, constructivism study theories and study removal theories and related educational and philosophical basis; and investigates the current status how teachers take the situation teaching into practice by questionnaire investigation and analyzes the problems that exist; the factors to effect biology situation teaching in senior high school include teachers'professional quality and teaching strategies, the support from the school and society and parents and the relationship between students and teachers;sums up all kinds of situation materials in biology textbooks; and analyzes the interviews with teachers and summarizes the goal principle, the diversity principle, the truth principle and participation principle that biology situation teaching should follow; and analyzes the situation teaching cases that base on problem-solving mode, exploring mode, team cooperation mode and experiment mode; clarifies through introspection gives some advices.
