The purpose of education is to promote the students'development. Teacher and his level of specialized knowledge affect not only the process of teaching but also the process of learning. The knowledge a teacher owns will have a great influence on students'future development. With further development of curriculum reform in senior high school, they will face new problems and new challenges in teachers'specialized knowledge and teachers'education. Whether the new curriculum reform can be successfully put in practice, the development of teachers'specialized knowledge will play a very important role.In the article,we think the middle school mathematics teachers' specialized knowledge including The Basic Knowledge( Mathematics Foundation, The Thinking Method of Mathematics, The History of Mathematics and The Applied Mathematics), The Conditional Knowledge(The Education Psychology, Teaching Method), The Practical Knowledge( the teaching accessory material, the computer) and The Cultural knowledge.With questionnaire survey and mathematics statistics, author investigated 83 senior middle school mathematics teachers in Jilin City. Then we did the statistical processing and analysis towards the data via SPSS counts software. The result is as follows: The young teacher is higher to the practical knowledge and the conditional knowledge demand. The middle-aged teacher is higher to the conditional knowledge and the basic knowledge demand. The old age teacher has the new demand to the conditional knowledge. We should strengthen every link in math teachers'training: We should enlarge the education theory knowledge training. , Establish the training content and various training methods according to the teachers'demand to the specialized knowledge. Establish the interaction training pattern. (Universities vs. society, trainers vs. trainees) I hope this article can make everybody understand the latest demand towards the specialized knowledge of middle school math teachers in our country, provide some valuable information for related researchers, and be beneficial to the middle school math teachers'specialization.
