Research On Community Resource Sharing In Unit Community Transition

During around decades, the construction of urban communities in China, which is closely related with social restructure reforming and economic system transformation, promotes the growth of autonomous space and civil spirit mutually. In the urban grass-roots community, the changes of community often reflect those in society as a whole .Furthermore the construction and control mechanism of community resources reflect the relationship between the different subjects which have different interests, and also have reflects the degree of integration. In the periodic vicissitude of the urban community management system, the community changes present the gradual characteristics, as well as manifested the evolution and the transformation of the social integration mechanism. During the period of the transition from the unit community to the new-style community, the author researches on the community resources. Community reforming enabled the urban residents to get more public spaces and resources, after 'the unit people' into 'the social people', their psychology and social roles had also been changed, the social resource flowed into the community from the unit, as made society's problems become into community's and those problems were solved by community. 'Sharing' mechanism should be established objectively to control the community resources. However, 'the community resource sharing' during the transitional period still has some problems, involving the responsibilities, the rights and the interests of all the government, the enterprise, the community and the resident. The author wishes to discover the efficient method and make community resources shared by all the residents. 'The community resources sharing' is the method that, encourages 'building by all the residents', is beneficial in driving the residents to build the community, can expand the way that produces and provides the community resources, also can enhance the community consciousness, can promote the ability in community autonomy, the growth of the spirit of citizenship autonomously. In a word, 'the community resource sharing' is beneficial to construct and develop a harmonious new-style community.
