College entrance examination (CEE) connected to both all kinds of colleges' selection, and every students' future. And it also connected to every middle schools' development and survival. Therefore, the CEE becomes the top of every middle school teaching objectively. This paper analyses the paper features, the paper structure, the paper content and difficulty and students' answers of the 2007 national college entrance examination of chemistry (B) according to the new course reform theory and the chemical proposition evaluation criteria. Then I come to the basic evaluation conclusion of the CEE of chemistry. Based on the analysis of the basic situation and capacity requirements of the recent years' the CEE of chemistry, I sum up some features: firstly, the structure, volume and percentile trends to stability; secondly, there more than one examination papers in our country; thirdly, the difficulty of chemical questions trends to smooth; fourthly, the CEE reflects the capacity innovation and the course reform theory; fifthly, the CEE strengthens to test the basic knowledge and basic skill, especially the key knowledge; sixthly, the CEE stresses that chemistry is a subject in the basic of experiments; seventhly, the CEE in organic chemistry strengthens to test the native and transformation of functional groups; eighthly, the difficulty and requirement of the chemical calculation declining in some degree. On the analysis of the CEE, the paper makes out the outlook for the future CEE proposition trend: first, the national CEE will go on to keep stable further; second, proposition will accord to the course reform gradually; third, integration in the subjects is strengthening; forth, the key knowledge is still the most important; fifth, experiment is the key to the proposition innovation and distinction; sixth, the difficulty of chemical calculation will not be hard. In the end, I give some reasonable recommendations for the chemistry teaching and chemical review, which I hope will be helpful to the middle schools' teachers and students.
