Study On Typical Cases In The Development Of The Wuhan PE School-base Course

The education management system under the planned economy has kept our teaching courses in the highly consolidated situation for so many years and this unification cannot meet the current abundant social development and individual requirement. The limitation that the single state's courses support the educational targets is inevitable. In 1990's our country speeded up the reform of basic education , and apparently put forward the three scale management system including state courses, local courses and school course. At the beginning of twenty first century, the development of school base courses has become the hot topic in educational field with the overall enforcement of new course standard.Because PE course is flexible in teaching, the contents have several functions , and it doesn't have high pressure in examination comparing with other subjects, the school base course is easier to develop. As an experiment city in the state's course innovation , wuhan city has made some achievements in the development of PE school base courses, but there are still some problems to hinder the overall enforcement of its development.After some investigation and individual analysis of the current situation for the PEschool base courses development in three typical primary and middle schools in the urban area of wuhan ,the following conclusion are arrived at:(1)Appropriate analysis of the school and exploration and innoration is prerequisite for the success of development of PE schoolbase course;(2)The surport form school leaders is the base for the success of development of PE schoolbase course;(3)PE teachers are the key factor to the success of development of PE schoolbase course;(4)Tre to meet the need of student's mental and physical health in men for the success of development of PE schoolbase course;(5)Make full use of out-of-school resouces is a prequisite for the success of development of PE schoolbase course;(6)There is a lack of enough focus on the evaluatong to the school-base course. Based on the individual analysis,here are some suqqestions on the devopment of PE schoolbase course in Wuhan:(1)Fully explore vaprities of course resources and take full advantages of and develop them;(2)Apply for project actively ,helping develop PE schoolbase courses;(3)With the help of all the resources ,make propre breakthrough to develop school base courses;(4)Fully use of the PE course experts in universities is the aids for the PE schoolbase course;(5) The development of evaluation of the PE school base courses is the main development direction.
