The Development Of Sports Service Industry In Wuhan In The Period Of The 13th Five-year Plan

The "13th Five-Year Plan" period is the stage for the successful completion of an all-round moderately prosperous society,and it is also a crucial period for Wuhan's sports industry to promote the construction of the national central city,enhance the overall development strength,and build happiness in Wuhan.As the core of the sports industry,the sports service industry plays an active role in building a healthy China,safeguarding and improving people's livelihood,tapping and releasing consumption potential,and so on.Based on the needs of formulating policies for the development of sports service industry of Wuhan,the role needs of the city as a link point for the national sports industry,and the power need of sports service industry contribution to national central city building of Wuhan,This thesis analyzes the development status,existing problems and industrial layout of sports service industry in Wuhan during the"13th Five-Year Plan" period by literature review,social surveys,spatial analysis and mathematical statistics.The conclusions are as follows:(1)With the rapid growth of per capita disposable income and consumption expenditure of residents and the increasing investment in cultural,sports and entertainment industries,Under the encouragement of industrial policies,the guidance of major sport competitions culture and the support of high-tech industries,Wuhan' s sports service industry during the "13th Five-Year Plan"period ushered in a good opportunities for development.(2)The overall scale of the sports service industry in Wuhan expand constantly,with a rapid development rate and a high proportion of the added value of the sports industry.The industrial structure is further optimized,from the sports sales-led to multi-industries balanced development.(3)Wuhan' s sports competition industry is not large in scale,the market concentration is high.The fitness and leisure industry is developing rapidly,and the competition of enterprises is fierce,among them,the development base of outdoor sports is better,and the utilization efficiency of sports facilities industry needs to be further improved.The sports intermediary services has not yet reached a scale,sports education and training industry have grown rapidly,market competition of it has been fierce,and the Internet sports service industry has achieved innovative development.Although the sports goods sales industry still maintains its position in the structure,the overall development speed has decreased.(4)In addition to the random distribution trend of sports organization management activities,all other categories of sports service industry showed a strong clustering distribution.The overall space is in a circular distribution with a more balanced distribution direction.The distribution center is roughly located near the Shopping Mall.Moreover,fitness and leisure industry,sports education and training industry,and sporting goods sales industry are also distributed in a circular manner.The sports intermediary services mainly revolve around sports bureau of Hubei,Hongshan Sports Center,and other industrial resources,and are distributed in the northwest-southeast direction.Most other industries are located in the northeast-southwest distribution.The spatial distribution of sports fitness and leisure industry in Wuhan is greatly influenced by traffic,regional GDP and population density.(5)Although the sports service industry in Wuhan has made a lot of achievements after years of development,there are also many problems and deficiencies.Mainly reflected in:the strength of support of the government agencies and social organizations has increased,but the actual management effect is not obvious;overall development of the sports service industry is in good condition,but the development of the core industry is lagging behind;sports service industry integrates with other industries continually,but the development characteristics are not outstanding;the direction of industrial spatial distribution is relatively clear,but the regional distribution is unbalanced.Finally,proposes the suggestions for the development of sports service industry in Wuhan during the "13th Five-Year Plan" period:Accelerating the transformation of government functions,promoting the development of sports social organizations,mobilizing social forces to participate in sports management;strengthening the classifying guidance of core industries,and optimizing the industrial structure step by step,complement the shortcomings of industrial development gradually;focus on the development of sports fitness and leisure industry;lead the development of Wuhan's characteristic fitness and leisure culture by advancing the development of Wuhan outdoor sports,water sports,aviation sports,and motor sports;and promote the management service reform of stadiums industry,revitalize stock resources,broaden venue service areas,increase effective supply,thereby increasing the level of venue management and utilization of resources;continuously support the development of new industries,promote the deep integration of sports and health,tourism,conventions and exhibitions,etc.From the perspective of equalization of common sports services,use the construction plan of key projects and the popularization planning of sports facilities to guide the spatial optimization of the spatial distribution of sports services in Wuhan.
