Minors are the future constructors of China. It is an urgent and import task to build an ideological and moral system of the socialist to reinforce and improve the youth's ideological and moral construction. Recent years have witnessed a boom in building moral education bases. Both central government and local governments have enhanced the strength in building moral education bases and named several moral education bases for minors. Despite the achievements and development of various moral education bases for minors, some problems still emerged and have restricted the construction of minor moral education base. Therefore, we should seek for solutions by correctly facing the problems and scientifically analyzing the causes while summarizing the achievements and experience to facilitate the ideological and moral construction of minors and cultivate qualified talents for the socialist cause with Chinese characteristics.This thesis attempts to make a deep analysis of major problems and causes behind the achievement of minor moral education bases and seek corresponding solutions by means of combining theoretical and empirical research, inheritance and innovation, analysis and integration from the objective reality. It also provides an overview of the basic situation and the attained achievements of the minor moral education bases in China. There are mainly the following three aspects:Firstly, it analyzes the functions of the minor moral education base. Its functions are manifested in guidance, motivation, inherence and sensibility cultivation. It features tacitness, practibility and entertainability while playing these functions into full play.Secondly. It explores the major existing problems and reasons in minor moral education bases. The reason why minor moral education bases have not become the evergreen tree in the minors' eyes is because its contents aren't fully adapted to the new situation and have not successfully matched the cultural demand of minors.And thirdly, it discusses the solutions for reinforcing and improving the construction of minor moral education bases. Aiming at cohesion of present moral education work with the ideological and moral construction of minors, this thesis holds that significant improvements in aspects such as exhibition contents and exhibition approaches, service quality and education effect, internal management and environmental appearance of moral education base by starting from the following points: firstly, enhancement of ideological knowledge and expansion of communication channels to build a minor moral education system integrated with the minor moral education base, school, community and family; secondly, integration of various minor moral education base to form complementation of advantages and promote common development; thirdly, increase of funds input and optimization of environmental construction to reinforce the pertinence and practicability of the education of minor moral education base; fourthly, emphasis of combination of moral education theory with practice and enrichment of exhibition content of minor moral education base to utilize modem exhibition approaches and strengthen the attractiveness of the base; fifthly, enhancement of quality building of employee team to bring their initiatives into full play and further increase the base's service level and service quality; and publicity efforts of the base to increase the impact of the base. A mode that can popularize knowledge, give spiritual motivation and mental enlightenment is pushed forward to draw the minors' attention. Its functions in minor moral education can be exerted. Only by strengthening the attraction, effect and influence of the moral education bases on minors can the effectiveness of minor moral education be increased to play an important role in nurturing them in the process of minor moral education.
