The Current Situation And Solutions Of Ideological And Moral Education On Non-native Minors In Xiamen

These years, as a Special Economic Zone of China, Xiamen has basically established himself the leader of economic development in Fujian. As the rapid development of economy and gradual improvement of life quality, Xiamen attracts more and more non-natives and professional technicians in all walks of life to come.The characteristic of non-native floating population is gradually being changed from unity to diversity, and reflected on both people themselves and their family. The problem of the ideological and moral education on non-native minors, at the same time, is becoming obvious. On the one hand, it has a direct bearing on healthy development of the minors and the stability of non-native floating population. On the other hand, it will influence the overall quality of socialist constructors in future Xiamen or even China. Besides, it will affect the future and destiny of our nation. The long-term gaps between town and country in economy, education, culture and children's psychology, make children's moral understanding, moral emotion, and moral behavior quietly change. The educational circles, and even the whole society, have paid great attention to this problem. Therefore, it is extremely urgent to strengthen the ideological and moral education of non-native minors.This article is based on our thorough investigation on the ideological and moral education of non-native minors in Huli District. We took different measures, like questionnaire, talking with minors, statistical inference, ect. By sorting out and analyzing the first-hand materials, in this article, we tend to elaborate the current situation, characteristics, and the developing trend of non-native minors' ideological and moral education. In order to find out the contributing factors of ideological and moral education problems caused by non-native minors, we try to investigate and analyse the minors' personal traits, family education, and social environment. Meanwhile, according to the situation and characteristics of Xiamen, we put forward some solutions on how to strengthen and promote the ideological and moral education of non-native minors.
