Planning And Research Of Social Practice Bases For Minors In Jiangsu Province

Out-school education is an important part of education. It is a kind of expanding education and is a good way to expand physical, psychological and other abilities. The advantages of it are flexibility, interest, and voluntary. It can find every kid's capacities, and help them to practice. Currently, local governments take building minors'out-school area as one of the most important social projects. So more and more social practice bases stand up and run in good situation. This kind of bases take on comprehensive practice activities to learn the experience in history and prove the knowledge that learnt in classroom. It is different from indirect- way teaching. Teaching of teachers is an important way for students, but in practice bases, the main idea for teaching is to let students experience by themselves. This idea pays attention to teach by self feeling and individual development. Additionally, practice education gives students opportunity to build up moral personality, to form good manners, to enhance efficiency of science study, to find own interesting, and also improve their abilities of creation and practice.The development of Jiangsu's social practice base is faster than other province. In these years, bases in Jiangsu have got many experiences. Compare to other regions in China, the cases in Jiangsu province are more typical and comprehensive. So we can obtain more information about the social practice base. Therefore, the author has investigated and comprehended deeply the present condition of the development of minor social practice base in Jiangsu Province by using series of measures like literature search, field survey,case analysis and so on. Through using specialized knowledge and existing natural resource in the base, combining with the urban history, culture and modern elements, the author want to find how to establish a social practice base with local characteristics. Besides, through the study of the activity projects and the teaching curriculums in practice bases, the author try to explore how to rich educational resources for the youth, in order to found a suitable planning and design method for the establishment of minor social practice base in Jiangsu province which is tally with the actual situation of this Province, and further to make a proposal for the planning of social practice base in Jiangsu Province which would instruct the urban base construction, so that to pursue an integration of social, economic, landscape and ecological benefits. About the cases investigation in Jiangsu province, the author took more time on province level bases. The main subjects in study are JiangXiang base in Suzhou, October military school in Nanjing, main base in Suqian. These bases own bigger land, abundant projects, and have many good materials for education. After several years running, they have received good appraisal and helped students a lot. Other bases which are not in provincial rank also have experience in practical education. But some of them are lack of fund and authentic teachers, so they still have to improve themselves. Additionally, about creating unique feature and strategy planning of practice bases, author have paid more time on them, the purpose of this is to think about how to grab the unique elements of cities, and then build the bases with unique theme, abundant projects and unlimited developing ideas. And also think how to make more conversations with other bases and how to keep the developing of the bases in a steady and healthy way.
