Training mode is a structure constructed by educators for the students moral character, knowledge, ability as well as the way basis and guiding ideology which provide a reference as a brief yet effective model, this paper studies the training model of China's rural teacher. And according to the training stage it can be divided into pre-service teacher training model institutions, post-conducting model, pre- post integration training model. As there are different requirements in various stages of development patterns. pre-service teacher training model cultivates the basic quality and character of the teachers, which lay the foundation for them to be engaged in the education of the rural areas in the future, Pre-service teacher training model renews the concept of education, perfects the professional knowledge improves teaching and researching capacity, post-conducting model was mainly to strengthen pre-and post training of consistency. Rural education is the top priority. Further comprehensive implementation of quality education, and further promote the development of compulsory education, improve the quality of education in rural areas, easing the gap between urban and rural education, and education fair to rely on improving the quality of rural teachers, teacher training model of rural reform has become inevitable.At present, there are many problems in China's rural teacher training model at all stages. To some extent, those problems hindered the healthy development of rural education. It try to study literature through a comprehensive and in-depth investigations and studies, for pre-service training of teachers in rural areas, the post-service teacher training model, pre- post integration training model in the course of the problem, combining basic education in rural areas to the actual situation of China's Reconstruction Rural teachers training mode.Except the introduction, there are three parts in this paper.In the introduction, it firstly issues the background, analyzes the necessity and importance of constructing rural teachers training mode. Then probe deficiencies of current study by combining the literature, also point out the theory value and real significance of the study. Finally, elaborate ways and methods of studying.In Part I: Prescribe the concept of rural teachers training model as a starting point, basing on the theoretical analysis of constituent elements, defined the concept of rural teachers training model, the mode of training objectives, professional settings, analysis construct the theoretical framework of rural teachers training mode that can be adaptable to development of rural compulsory education.In Part II: It analysis the current situation of rural teacher training model. Firstly, analyze the de-rural phenomenon in the mode of pre-service teacher training, reveal the lack of training model for rural education concerns. On the basis of a questionnaire survey of the teachers, analyzing the training mode of training objectives, training content, training, methods of the problem. Finally, the analysis of the pre- post integration training model is out of touch. Through the analysis of the existing problems in rural teachers training model it provide us with a realistic basis to reconstruct rural teacher training models.In Part III: Basing on the analysis of current situation, it proposes the construction of the urban-rural dual structure of education against the background of rural teachers training mode. It mainly includes the following aspects: the adjustment of teachers training; the adjustment of training objectives; the reform of the normal institution's specialty settings; the reform of the normal institution's curriculum; and the integration of teacher education-related resources.In this paper, there are two aspects of innovation: First, the innovation of the perspective. Try to build a new rural teacher training model with the perspective of the urban-rural dual structure; second, try to build a rural teachers training mode which meets the need of rural basic education development against the existing shortage of teachers training mode. This paper hopes to ease the gap between urban and rural education, and try to achieve the integration of urban and rural educational.This paper attempts to develop the areas of research in the study of rural teachers, to enhance theoretical education research on educational practice guidance, and try to build a workable platform for solving the education problems of rural teachers.
