Since the 1970s, Western pedagogical research gradually turned from the so-called "the order of education" to the educational situation. The rationality of the teacher's unique perceive in the teaching practice greatly been affirmed. China's education researchers increasingly prefer to use the "pedagogical wisdom" to summarize the concept of teacher's unique understanding and creative action in educational practice.The pedagogical wisdom, which is owned by the individual educator, is a kind of wisdom, which can impact the educator's practices directly. The pedagogical wisdom is the crucial intermediary factor linking educational theory and practice. It is derived from educational practices, develops in educational practices, and aims at the effect of educational practices. It can resolve and deal with each kind of contradiction and the question effectively in the complicated and diversified educational situation, and leads educational practice develop in the direction of "good education". Unlike the general knowledge and the skill, the pedagogical wisdom is difficult to acquire by imparting, and can be only dynamic created and developed by oneself. The pedagogical wisdom not only has the value orientation, the practicality, quality of subject and situational significance, which the general wisdom has; Moreover it also has some unique characteristics, such as cannot be expressed, be individual and unique, dynamic created and developed, has intuitional insight nature, and complex hierarchical structure. The pedagogical wisdom of extraordinary significance for the growth of teacher is not only the symbol of the growth of teacher and core professional accomplishment of teacher, but also manifested the subject value in the growth of teacher, simultaneously the development of pedagogical wisdom causes the growth of teacher turn back to the essence of education.For the new teacher who initially enters the duty, the main contents of pedagogical wisdom are how to enhance the teaching effect and deal with the relations between students. The factor affects the new teacher to develop his pedagogical wisdom include: Student's quality, teacher's own initiative, teacher evaluation criteria as well as education profession tradition. There are many ways to promote the new teacher to develop his pedagogical wisdom, among which senior teacher's indication with help is the most effective way, teacher's own thinking and exploration take second place, the exchange between the peer group colleagues is considered not very helpful, then refers to other people's teaching practice case, what arranges in is final is the theoretical study. The teacher's own thinking and exploration are the core process of the pedagogical wisdom developing. Other four ways cannot facilitate the pedagogical wisdom developing unless the teacher himself thinks, explores in the educational practice. Moreover there is frequent interaction between teacher's thinking and exploration, Is precisely in such unceasing interactive process, the new teacher's pedagogical wisdom only then can develop.
