As the curriculum Are accepted broadly and deeply,Phenomenological method get bigger promotion, the original research field of teacherseducational wisdom which tends to saturation appears a new problem: What is teachereducational wisdom under the time domain of qualitative research?This study is under the conceptual framework of big curriculum view. We comprehensively construct the teacher’seducational wisdom qualitative research text within four dimensions such as the wisdom of education of the teachers’ personalities, the wisdom of teachers’ curriculum preparation, teachers ’teaching wisdom in class, and the wisdom of raising the relationship between teachers and students with the methods and the attitude of qualitative research. This research not only has increased teachers’ educational wisdom theory in a certain extent, but also has provided some guidance to update teachers’ teaching practice.Mainly around what is the teacher’s educational wisdom? And What is the mechanism of teachers’ educational wisdom? These two questions,this study revealed the native state of the current teachers’ educational wisdom from the two different perspective of teachers and students, and we have constructed a set of the structure of the teachers educational wisdom with the qualitative research attitude. This study views what is the teachers’ educational wisdom as a breakthrough point. On the one hand, through interviewing teachers; On the other hand, through collecting and organizing some students memories of the idea of a good teacher diary,we have revealed the native state of the teachers’ educational wisdom from the perspective of student, and have been succeeded to summarize the structure of teachers’ educational wisdom through the data induction,we designed a good interview in advance outline, and had detailed interviews with 10 on-the-job teachers, we also collected more than 100 undergraduate students’ memories of good teachers who study in university J.The conclusion of this study are as follows: Firstly, in the aspect of teachers’ personality, teachers have to constantly expand your knowledge, strengthen their thoughts, sublimate their own temperament; Secondly, in the treatment of course, at first teacher should understand the teaching material, and then consider how to transcend the teaching material; Thirdly, in terms of teacher’s teaching method innovation, teachers must be aware that the teaching is the core of teacher’s professional accomplishment; Finally, in terms of teachers to students management or the relationship between teachers and students, teachers should profoundly realize the "teaching" is the first duty of a teacher.
