How Does The School Administration Arouse Teacher's Enthusiasm

The governors of high schools pay close attention to the completion of the routine during the education activity at the present time, but the governors pay little attention to the importance of their teaching aim which is the principal part of teaching. Although the development of the students is the ultimate purpose of any school's education, if the teachers don't exert the full enthusiasm, it is difficult to realize the good development of the students. Therefore, how to stimulate the action of the teachers is related to the effectiveness of school control and the stimulation of the teachers.The article is aimed at how to arouse the enthusiasm of the teachers to plan and organize the school control. I just simply discuss how to arouse the enthusiasm of the teachers according to my experience and observation of the school governors and according to my survey of several high schools. I did a questionnaire for four important high schools in 2007 in order to survey the work conditions and the enthusiasm of the teachers so that I can master the teachers' subsistence and work status factually and roundly. I also interviewed some teachers and grasped abundant first-hand data. Because of the survey and analysis, I came to understand the factors which affect the teachers' enthusiasm and the function of the school governance. In the meantime, I discussed some arousal measures concerning the teachers. These measures are established in the observation of occupation happiness and in the beneficial effect to the teachers own development according to the theory of education and governance. I also elaborated on some material methods and measures which stimulated the enthusiasm of the teachers effectively.There are four parts in the article: First, I will elaborate on the importance of the enthusiasm of the teachers. Secondly, I will analysis the actuality for the enthusiasm of the teachers and research for the issues. Thirdly, I will elaborate on the characteristic which the teachers have and the basic arousal rules. And lastly, I will put forward some methods which are how to stimulate the enthusiasm of the teachers effectively. Though the research, it will offer some beneficial references for the school governors to arouse the enthusiasm of the teachers.
