The Construction And Application Of The Teaching Mode "Guidance, Arousal And Innovation"

To cultivate creative talents with competitive ability is the historic mission for Chinese high education in the new century. The new mission means a new opportunity as well as a challenge for the college physical education teaching. So, on the basis of the thoughts of "Health First" and life-long physical education, the focus of discovering and reforming physical education teaching model has been placed on how to combine the three goals together in the new model-to enhance the college students' physical education ability, to develop their individuality and other comprehensive social qualifications such as innovation ability.In order to help build the students' bodies, develop the students' good values and social abilities, his essay comes up with a new teaching model on the college girls' physique course. The new model brings forward three suggestions-"to guide the students' study, to arouse their interest and to cultivate their innovation ability".
