In the social development field, children's modesty behaviors belong to prosaically behavior category.This study defines children's modesty behaviors as a kind of prosaically behavior: when a child has conflicts with their company because of some common preference or needs like things, roles, space, etc.he will first satisfy his partner.One middle classes of model kindergartens in Guilin are selected as sample in this thesis with natural observation to track children so as to record the real process of modesty behaviors. Furthermore, the observing record is analyzed with interview to parents and teachers to know the influential factors that affect children's modesty behaviors.Through the way of statistics and case analysis, the conclusions are made as follows: on the one hand, the general characteristic of children's modesty behavior in the middle classes is taken: 1).This kind of behavior mainly takes place during the game; 2).The main objects of modesty behavior are materials; 3).The achieving way of modesty behavior is non-verbal action; 4).When they grow old, the children's modesty behaviors, mind-orientated way, will turn more; 5).The modesty behaviors initiated by girls far more than boys, what's more, the way happens in the same gender more than in different gender; 6).The modesty behaviors mainly take place in closely companies especially being outstanding among young children.On the other hand, this kind of behaviors of middle classes is influenced by children themselves, families, and teachers.Based on the conclusions above, the author provides suggestions and countermeasures respectively for parents and teachers to guide and cultivate children's modesty behaviors.Finally, the problems existing in this study and the author's individual's limited ability are reflected.
