This research explores the factors affect migrant children’s enrollment to kindergarten from family’s aspect, in which the quantitative method is used. Firstly, based on random interviews and an open-ended questionnaire, and literature related to education of migrant children, this research tries to comprehensively understand the family’s influence to migrant children’s kindergarten enrollment, and carried out typical collection of assessment indexes on each dimension of family capital. Based on this, a questionnaire of family influencing factors of migrant children’s kindergarten enrollment is compiled. After preliminary investigation and revision to the structure and items, the formal questionnaire with validity and reliability comes into being. Then, after surveying some migrant children’s family by using the formal questionnaire, this research analyzes the factors which impact migrant children’s kindergarten enrollment and the extent of the influence through Logistic Regression Model. And based on this, this research analyzes the impact of economic capital, cultural capital and social capital on migrant children’s kindergarten enrollment from the angle of Bourdieu’s capital theory.Conclusions are drawn as follows after data collection and analysis.1. There are significant differences in migrant children’s parents’career, education background and family income, the number of children and social relations between different kinds of kindergarten, and on the variables such as children gender, time of living in Nanjing, move times, information obtained and attention to preschool education, there are no significant differences.2. According to related modulus, the variables that impact migrant children’s kindergarten enrollment include the number of children, social relations, family income and parents’career.3. From the angle of family capital’s effect on the migrant children’s kindergarten enrollment, economic capital is the most influencing factor, followed by social capital, with cultural capital the least.At last, this research puts forward some suggestions about solving the problem of migrant children’s kindergarten enrollment based on the above-mentioned conclusions.
