School-based curriculum moral Education is the education course system established by the needs of students to carry out ideological and political education curriculum, based on the requirements of the national and higher levels of education departments and according to the university's educational resources and student characteristics of the development of ethics.Secondary school-based moral curriculum can be defined as the development of moral education materials or activities on carrying out students'ideological, moral, political and psychological quality in secondary specialized schools which is required by the national and higher levels of the education departments and the local promulgated under the guidance of the moral framework of our students'needs and scientific assessments, making full use of the moral resources in schools and local communities taking the teachers and students as the main draw on relevant staff strength.Development of the school-based moral education curriculum in line with social development, the needs of schools and students in the school has become the important contents the c China's new round of curriculum reform. The stage in the secondary specialized school is the critical period of the formation of stereotypes, character, personality and overall quality the individual values,in society and the world which are very malleable. Therefore, doing a good job in secondary school moral education is of great importance.Tangshan City Economic and Trade School developed and carried out school-based moral education curriculum and the comprehensive research on it was also conducted.. In this paper, taking my school for example, the author explored a number of issues related to the development and moral education practice targeted at secondary school students'increasingly poor quality, from secondary education and training objectives of school characteristics, following the new school education concept, under the new situation of school-based secondary school curriculum. In this paper, the purpose of the study is that personality can rise through this study to the common understanding, in both theory and practice for secondary school-based curriculum development to provide moral reference of some of the recommendations.In this paper, related issues encountered in the development of school-based moral education curriculum are explored in three parts. Curriculum development outline is stated in Part One. Main theoretical concepts are introduced, covering the contents of the following four areas: school-based, school-based curriculum, school-based curriculum development and school-based curriculum. Moral Education in the definition of moral education includes three types: school-based curriculum knowledge, practical, hidden education curriculums. At the end of the first part the background and present situation the development of school-based moral education curriculum are analyzed.The development process is in Part Two. The research in practice on how to develop the school-based moral education curriculum in secondary specialized schools is done through exploring the development process in Tangshan City Economic and Trade School. The general development process of the curriculum is: the establishment of institutions; the analysis of the present situation; setting up the goals; determining the content; curriculum implementation and curriculum assessment. The developing model of the curriculum is formed during the recycling process above.The evaluation of the developing process is Part Three. The achievements and problems in developing the curriculum are analyzed from the development of the students, the teachers and the school. The development of school-based moral education is of great value to the cultivation of good character and healthy personality shaping of the students'. And it is also of great value to the development of the school and the teacher professional development.The following conclusions can be drawn after the research on the development of the school-based moral education curriculum in secondary specialized schools: The development of the curriculum is to meet the social and development needs of schools and students and the development of a new type of course. f issues, we have come to: Moral Education in school-based courses. We should vigorously develop the school curriculum to promote the development of moral education in schools.In this paper, literature study, survey, observation and other research methods are mainly used.
