In recent years,with the state investment in vocational education,secondary vocational schools and a growing number of scale expands unceasingly,managerial condition is improved,the development of the problem is growing at the same time,the secondary vocational school students though on technical ability to gain the favour of the enterprise,but the students' moral quality is the main reason for the choice of choose and employ persons become influence enterprise.As the main channel of students' ideological and political education of moral education,the students values plays an important role to improve the quality of building and,for this country,have adjust the syllabus and curriculum standard of moral education to adapt to the different period of vocational education personnel training requirements,but because of long time of course positioning inaccurate,lack of teaching effectiveness,moral education curriculum value has not been fully play."Much starker choices-and graver consequences-in" period,the country to speed up the pace of modern industrial development,the need for social development to provide a large number of schools has a "spirit" of workers.How to improve the teaching effectiveness of moral education,improve the level of secondary vocational school students moral education,provide enterprises with "recommends the double xin" skills talents,for national industrial development with a spirit of the modern industrial powers "craftsmen",become the new historical period of social development of secondary vocational school education.Based on into,in this article,through classroom observation,questionnaire,survey methods such as literature analysis,in mianyang city secondary vocational school as an example,the understanding of the present status of the teaching of secondary vocational school moral education,summarizes the problems,put forward the feasibility of the teaching reform.This article is divided into five parts: the first part mainly from two aspects of domestic and international background,reflect the country's economic development on "recommends the double xin" talented person's urgent needs,the enterprise needs to workers both skilled professional skills also has the high professional quality,the effect of secondary vocational school moral education teaching directly relates to whether the secondary vocational schools can meet the requirements of the enterprises employing talents.The second part,this paper is the main channel of school moral education of moral education,make education effect of moral education to enhance the competitiveness of secondary vocational school students in employment,meet the social demand for skilled workers.Through the teaching of moral education,change the traditional concept of students of vocational education,to establish a firm career concept,develop good labor consciousness.The third part mainly in mianyang city as an example,from the teaching objectives,teaching contents,teaching process,teaching evaluation four dimensions to carry out the teaching observation,from the students' curriculum evaluation value,subject value,curriculum,teaching effectiveness,such as multiple dimensions,teacher interview and the questionnaire survey to understand the moral education of teachers "teaching" and students "learning".The fourth part,from the quality of teachers and students,the moral education localization summarized in three aspects: the present problems of the secondary vocational school moral education teaching.The fifth part from change teaching idea,rebuilding teaching method,improve teachers three aspects put forward opinions to improve the teaching of secondary vocational school moral education.
