With the universal application and further deepening of Internet and information technology education, Computer Supported Collaborative Learning (CSCL) has become a hot topic of educational technology. One of the main research directions in CSCL is human being. How to do with teacher training and give full play to each of the trainees, especially to promote the role of active participants, will directly affect the performance of teacher training.According to the CSCL research in recent years, the shortage of research on human being has been a serious problem. Analyzing the two core journals of Educational Technology in China, the author found out that there were few articles about teacher training under the CSCL, and almost no article about human being. Analyzing the affecting factors in many teacher training projects, the author found out that CSCL is a very effective environment for teacher training, especially in the progress of discovering, analyzing and comparing those activists who often help others. Therefore, the author put forward the study of"Peer tutor"in CSCL, which is the objective of this study.After setting the objectives, the first thing we should do is to analyze and study these"Peer tutor". Basing on related research about CSCL at home and abroad, the author analyzed the concept, the type and the nature of CSCL.The second step is to do experimental research on the basis of identifying and analyzing the"Peer tutor". Taking the specialty and status of teaching training into account, this paper presents a thing of combing computer collaboration and face-to-face collaboration, and establishes a model of teacher training in CSCL, especially focusing on the design, implementation, and evaluation and summing of"Peer tutor"experiment.Finally, this paper sums up the factors of impacting collaboration, the features of"Peer tutor",the strategy of promoting active"Peer tutor",the inspiration for teacher training and so on. It is of great significance to assisting teacher training, enhancing the training performance and improving the learning effects. This study improves the instruction in the CSCL, and is helpful for further development and application of teacher training in CSCL.
