Research And Practice Of Virtual Tutor Training Model Based On Agent

This article takes personalized teaching theory as the theoretical guidance,combines teaching design ideas,draws on information-based teaching methods based on Agent technology,and implements personalized training of enterprise system applications as a research point,and proposes an agent-based virtual mentor training model,which details the design process and instantiation verification of the model.Firstly,construction of Agent-based Virtual Tutor Training Model.The research status of Agent technology as teaching Agent in the teaching field is analyzed in depth,and the typical model of teaching Agent is analyzed to provide reference for model design.On the basis of researching classroom teaching links and enterprise training process,combining instructional design ideas,determining model building principles,conducting model process analysis,constructing agent-based virtual instructor training model,and introducing model structure composition and model design advantages Agent-based virtual tutor training system provides theoretical support.Secondly,design Agent-based Virtual Tutor Training System.Based on the Agent-based virtual tutor training model,the system is designed.The design process of the model knowledge center is described in detail from three aspects: the selection of knowledge representation,the acquisition of knowledge and the design of knowledge base.In order to meet the training needs of different learners,a "tutor team" for personalized training is assigned to learners,and a virtual tutor factory model is designed to realize the production of basic agents,assignment of teaching functions and release of various functional teaching agents.It also introduces the mechanism of learning characteristic analysis,the mechanism of individualized training program customization and the method of training effect evaluation.Finally,carrying out the analysis of application effect of Agent-based training virtual tutor system.The virtual tutor training system was designed and applied to the practical training of the asp flooding,cleaning and anti-scaling information management platform in a oil production plant to realize the personalized training for learners,and the application effect of the system was evaluated from the aspects of system performance,training process,training results and system satisfaction.The research shows that the Agent based virtual tutor training model design is scientific and reasonable,to some extent can replace the traditional human teachers to carry out personalized training,to meet the learning needs of learners,has achieved a good training effect,has a good application prospect,and provides a new research idea for the realization of personalized education.
