Under the background of curriculum reform and education informationzation, teacher professional development has became the world's hot topic,but teacher training is the effective way to realize this goal. In order to enhance the validity of teacher training, this thesis tries to construct the training pattern and conducts the related real diagnosis research. The paper mainly devides into four parts, theory analysis, the case study, the pattern explanation and the teaching real diagnosis.In the theory analysis part, the paper first aims at the elementary and middle schools teacher training and proposes the inevitability of construct one kind of new teacher training pattern. Then, the paper pays attentionto each kind of rationale on teacher training, thus proves the possibility of constructing one kind of new teacher training pattern.In the case analysis part, the author who has participated four teacher training projects analyzes the principal characheristic and the limitation of each kind of teacher professtional development training project,as well as how did the information technology promote the teacher professional development, thus proved the feasibility of constructing one kind of new teacher training pattern.In the pattern explanation part, the article constructs the teacher prosessional development trainging pattern based on the Moodle platform form macroscopic, the intermediate perspective and the microscopic level. Then analysis the pattern construction rationale, the technical support, and the pattern flow.In the teaching real diagnosis part, the paper explains a series of teaching real diagnosis work which the teacher professional development training project and the motion research strategy launched, and the data, the case and experience which obtained in the practice.Finally, the paper makes the brief subtotal of the teacher training pattern based on the Moodle platform.The findings indicates that the pattern which based on the Moodle platform can optimize the training space and time technically, it can realize the cooperation dynamic choice of teachers, and it adapts the teacher professional development training request superiority. It has certain practical significance to the elementary and middle schools teacher professional development training pattern exploration.Along with the information technology progress, the teacher professional development training pattern research has the very big development space.How to optimize techniques support and how the pattern draws close to the teacher training needs further study.
