Today, the focus of e-learning is the quality of study. From the constructivism viewpoint, the process of students learning is the process which created the knowledge construction. The related research indicated that the teacher did not know how to appraise the knowledge construction in e-learning, so it is very important issue in how to guide, how to promote and how to evaluate the knowledge construction. Based on this background, we study the existed discussion of instrument for content analysis in knowledge construction. And we design and develop a discussion of instrument for content analysis in knowledge construction can be operated which can used in e-learning and remote learning.First, we analysis the domestic and foreign knowledge construction evaluation study in recent years, then according to indicator system's design method and the knowledge construction theoretical model, integrated individual understanding and the asynchronous study characteristic, take the asynchronous interactive tool——BBS as the platform, refined in the appraisal online asynchronous study the knowledge construction and the quantity aspect dimension. According to the data we got, makes every effort to let teachers can appraisal the asynchronous study the knowledge construction appraisal.Using this knowledge construction frame, we research in three case which each one has itself characteristic. We collect the information of the BBS, then we code the information based on the knowledge construction frame. According the information of the code, we analyze the data and the reliable coefficient. Three case curricula differ from respectively, mainly is the learner's age stage and the study content.To insure the reliability of the research, we use the Hoslti coefficient to carry on the evaluating indicator the reliability assessment. Take the online asynchronous study in the BBS discussion area the text information which participates in the personnel to send as a sample, to indicator each dimension and the overall of the frame. And use the information on the online asynchronous to content analysis. According the result of the Hoslti, it proves that this research is reliable.We provide a useful tool for teacher in in e-learning and remote learning and provide a frame for e-learning environment designer, to promote the learner to carry on the knowledge construction the environment, to provide the information feedback in student assessment.
