A Study On Obstacles To The Development Of Training Industry In China

As to training industry, a narrow understanding is generally held that it' s identical with private training institution. Training industry, in a narrow sense, refers to training institution, organization or group which has entered an industrial running stage. In a broad sense, it incorporates vocational training and public training in vocational education, which is the study object of the thesis. The object of the study is factual market-oriented training and should-be market-oriented training. Through analysis of the current training obstacles to the development of China's training industry, the thesis tries to trace the source of obstacles, explore the underlying causes of obstacles, develop positive facilitating factors and advantages of resources, and explore effective strategies and solutions. Mainly based on empirical study, the thesis adopts relevant theories to analyze the relevant training element and tries to draw some useful conclusion and educe judgment.The thesis is divided into four steps. First of all, literature concerning China's training industry development and research is reviewed; Thus, the thesis probes research significance of developmental obstacles in training industry. This study is also to explore the theoretical support and research methods. Second, by analyzing the development of current situation of China's training industry, it is supposed to understand the current market situation and the training of domestic industry structure, and to discover the problem cropping up in the development of the industry and market status quo. The thesis adopts complex systematic theory and proposes that anarchy and dependence are the exterior apparent characteristic and key element for China's training industry. By excavating the material and analyzing further phenomenal token, the author educes a series of relevant obstacles which affect the development of China's training industry. The author indicates that the main obstacles to the domestic training industry are government, training firms, training institutions, international institutions, social factors and so on. Then, starting from the major obstacles mentioned above, the authors makes full use of relevant theories which have impact on deep-rooted causes of obstacle occurrence and existence to make all-round analysis which focuses on government behavior, function of firm and training industry itself. The thesis attempts to find a solution to the problem to explore and remove barriers and promote developmental measures and approaches. Finally, the author puts forward some ideas and suggestions for promoting a healthy and ordered training industry in China.
