In this critical time, the strategic emerging industry begins to emerging on the world stage to play its unique role, as the direction of technological innovation and industrial development. China also recognized the importance of the strategic emerging industries, and began to determine the future direction of the industrial development in order to accelerating the development of the strategic emerging industries.
