As the reform of higher education deepens, cooperation between the colleges and universities and enterprises are intensified with remarkable achievements. However, the combination of higher learning institutions and enterprises hasn't yielded substantial progress. University teachers and students'Cooperation with enterprises, other than technical type, are still at a very initial stage. This paper, addressing the flaw in the respect of university-enterprise cooperation, studies the case of the 9th Top 10 HUST Graduate Student Science and Technology Stars (9HUSTGSSTS), analyses project marketing in such cooperation and puts forward advices and counter-measures.This paper initially focuses on the background and significance of marketing plan and analysis in regard to university-enterprise cooperation against the present environment. It follows to make a deep analysis of 9HUSTGSSTS in an end-to-end view with SWOT method. It thus, on the basis of such case, thoroughly reviews the differences in strategies and interests, confrontations and discrepancies between cultures on campus and those of enterprises as well as obstacles for a long time cooperation mechanism, which occurs between the universities and enterprises during their cooperation. This paper, in view of the major problems found, brings forward such advices and counter-measures as strengthened combination of university-enterprise cultures and its management, establishment of a committee for university-enterprise cooperation under the Graduate Students'Association and introduction of a long-term rational mechanism of cooperation.This paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the necessity of cooperation between the body of teacher/students and enterprises. Furthermore, problems existing in the marketing plan for university-enterprise cooperation and their solutions are also given efforts in an all-round day. It therefore has significance for positive and orderly cooperation between higher learning institutions and enterprises, enterprises encouraged to attract talents and promote and sell their products and better qualifications of students cultivated on campus.
