Screening hypothesis consider schooling is a signal of productivity to distinguish people's ability. But along with the development of economics and society, the signal from the education will be inevitably noisy .And this may encourage employers to adopt their own, more efficient, screening measures. This article is to study the relationship between the sorting role of education and employer's screening measures, and which companies usually act the hiring tests.The first chapter depicts the background, meaning and innovation point of this article. The second chapter introduces the relative theory; include education signaling and screening hypothesis. The third and forth chapter introduces the study methods and date of this article. In the five chapters we analyze the date and test two model of this article.We studied the coefficient of education variable changes in the Miner function by involved employer screening variable to find out the hiring tests effect on education signaling. Our results suggest that hiring tests inhibit the signaling role of education, and that company's character affect the hiring tests probability widely.
