The System Analysis On The Moral Anomie Of Postgraduate

During the period of the social transformation, there are many moral anomie phenomena in Chinese social fields, which also have some negative influences on the postgraduates in colleges. These moral anomie phenomena greatly affected the making and improvement of their morality. Thus, insightful researches on this field can help us to fully recognize the overall moral status of the postgraduates theoretically and provide some methods to the correction of the moral anomie phenomena on the perspective of system. Meanwhile, the research can also promote the management system of postgraduates to be more integrate and reasonable, improve the sense of the managers of postgraduates in system, and practically improve the morality education and management of postgraduates.In this research, research method combining investigation method and literature method has been adopted. Through questionnaire design and in-depth interviews and discussions, we can understand the moral anomie phenomena among the postgraduates in fields like ideology, research, and social communication and have an overall understanding of the current prevailing moral anomie phenomena among postgraduates.According to the prevailing moral anomie phenomena among postgraduates, this report analyzed the school system and social system that influence the thought growth and activity choice of postgraduates and revealed the system factors of the moral anomie phenomena among postgraduates. In this report, the school system formulation and implement were mainly analyzed and it was found that the insufficient supply of school system was the cause of moral anomie phenomena among postgraduates. At the same time, the social factor was also briefly analyzed. Through the analysis, we find that the insufficient supply of school system is the major source of moral anomie phenomena among postgraduates and the social system deficiency is the deeper origin of the phenomena.The insufficient supply of school system and the social system deficiency caused the moral anomie of postgraduates. Therefore, the correction of moral anomie of postgraduates should start from system construction. According to the weaknesses in the formulation and implementation process of the school system, in the conclusion part of this report, the corresponding system construction principles and methods were brought out for the correction the moral anomie phenomena of postgraduates through system construction.
